I get everywhere!

I'm a certified Intentional Peer Support Educator, and presenter for The Butterfly Foundation training young people, professionals and parents with specialist programs, workshops, presentations and resources. I'm a lived experience speaker and regularly deliver coaching and talks on body image, eating issues, diet culture and recovery from mental illness.

Eating Disorders Queensland supports a community of individuals recovering from an eating disorder, including people with lived experiences, carers & family members. I was also in a documentary! A journey I decided to venture upon because I wanted to show that you can suffer an eating disorder, but you can also be a complete, fully-functioning person & not the image the media is keen to represent. It shows the highs and lows of living with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, anorexia, OCD, & bipolar.
